Apple cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup lukewarm water
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • One Cup oat flour (made of râșniți flakes)
  • One Cup wheat flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 1 kg Apples

Preparation mode:
Knead all ingredients apart from apples until a elastic dough results. 2/3 of the dough stretches into the tray, then place the apples scraped evenly and squeezed by juice. The rest of the dough spans the table, cut the strips and make a grate over the apples, or give on the large-meshed grater and spread over the apples. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake at the right heat.
