Countertop Ingredients:
- 10 Dates
- 100 g hazelnut/hazelnut butter/walnuts
- 150 g plain biscuits crushed
- 50 g quinoa flakes/petty oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons locust beans powder
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla
- 100 ml water
Place in blender all ingredients besides crushed biscuits and cereal flakes. Process until the cream-like cream appears. (If we do not have a powerful blender, first process the dates with water, then add to Carobul processing, hazelnut butter, salt and vanilla.) Pour the composition into a bowl and mix with crushed biscuits and cereal flakes. In a tray with a circle we put the resulting dough, level it to be of equal thickness everywhere and put it in the freezer until we make the cream.
Cream Ingredients:
- 200 g raw Cashew
- 3 tablespoons carob
- 100 g dipped Dates
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa butter
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla
Put all ingredients in blender along with water to pass 2 fingers over the ingredients, and process until a fine cream is shown. Remove the countertop from the freezer, and pour over it the resulting cream, after which it leaves the freezer for 3-4 hours. After this time you can remove the cake from the shape and deck after preference. If served on that day, after Ornare is kept in the refrigerator until it is serviced. If served another day, store at the freezer and take off by approx. 1 hour and a half before serving.
Note: If we do not have a powerful blender, place the ingredients at a time: first dates soaked, water, salt and vanilla are processed, then the rest of the ingredients are added at a time and processed in stages. If necessary, 1-2 tablespoons of water may be added during processing.
If we do not use coconut butter and cocoa butter, you can use 3 tablespoons of bran of psylium, with the indication that they will add the last in composition and stir quickly, after which pour over the countertop, as they clot the cream pretty quickly. The taste of the cream will be slightly different.
The recipe ingredients are for a medium-sized cake.
In the absence of a circle shape, a crăticioară wrapped with food foil can be used.
