Quinoa salad

Ingredients:

  • 200 g boiled quinoa
  • A cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 150 g tofu chopped cubes
  • A green salad
  • An oil spoon
  • A clove of crushed garlic (optional)
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation mode:
Stir everything apart from lettuce. Lettuce is chop and added only before serving.
Note about boiling mode for quinoa:
Quinoa washes in several waters. Boil a part of quinoa and 2 parts of water. From the moment it starts to boil, leave 15 minutes, then stop the fire and leave the lid on until all the water is absorbed.
