Ingredients:
- 50 g quinoa
- 50 g red lentils
- 4 cloves garlic
- A small onion
- 2 tablespoons inactive yeast flakes
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or mărunțiți oatmeal
- Half a link of parsley
- 2 tablespoons pepper sauce
- An oil spoon
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- Little Dill
- A cumin powder
- Half teaspoon of oregano
- Salt to taste
- 50 g carrot scraped (optional)
Preparation mode:
Quinoa washes in several waters. Boil in relation to a part of quinoa and 2 parts of water. From the moment it starts to boil, leave 15 minutes, then stop the fire and leave the lid on until all the water is absorbed.
Separately boil red lentils.
When the two are almost cold, add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form burgers and bake in the oven, first on one side and then on the other side.
