Red lentils

Ingredients:
  • 200 g red lentils
  • 100 g raw sunflower seeds, soaked
  • 100 g half-boiled rice
  • an onion
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • Half a cup tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons inactive yeast flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A sweet paprika spoon or 2 tablespoons pepper paste
  • o teaspoon salt (preferably black salt, if you do not have, you can use ordinary salt)
  • A small chopped parsley link
  • A teaspoon turmeric
  • A small powder of ground cumin
  • Basil
  • Other fragrances, by taste and preference
Preparation mode:
The red lentils are soaked for an hour, then drain and put in the blender with water to pass it with 4-5 fingers. Process until it becomes a creamy, flowing batter. The composition is poured into a bowl and mixed with the sunflower seeds râșnite in advance, the rice and the rest of the ingredients. It will result in a soft dough, which is poured into a griddle with baking paper. Bake until it rumenește on top. Allow to cool, after which you can cut and serve.
