Almond biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 100 g almond flour or what remains after the preparation of almond milk
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 3 ripe bananas Well
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A vanilla powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200 g petty Oatmeal
  • 100 g no-pips dates
  • 100 ml water

Preparation mode:
Water and dates are put into blender and processed to produce a paste. In a bowl we put the resulting paste, over which we add the crushed bananas with fork, peanut butter, almond flour, oil, vanilla, salt and mix them well. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the oatmeal, stir thoroughly and let the dough result to rest about 20 minutes. We form the biscuits in the desired form, with moistened hand, and bake them on proper fire until they begin to rumenească on the edges.
Note: If necessary, a few tablespoons of water can be added during preparation, so that the dough can be easily worked.
