Salad

Ingredients:

  • 300 g red or black beans, or mixture
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 yarn green Onions
  • Half a red onion
  • A link of parsley
  • 200 g corn grains
  • 2 matching tomatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode:
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, onions and parsley as small as desired and mix with the other ingredients.
Note: Quantities may vary according to preference.
