Ingredients:
- 300 g red or black beans, or mixture
- 1 cucumber
- 2 yarn green Onions
- Half a red onion
- A link of parsley
- 200 g corn grains
- 2 matching tomatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, onions and parsley as small as desired and mix with the other ingredients.
