Chia Seed paste

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons cashew
  • 2 tablespoons sesame
  • 3 tablespoons almonds
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 2 tablespoons raw chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoons dried onion (optional)

Preparation mode:
Sunflower seeds, cashews, sesame and almonds soften for a few hours, after which they are put in blender together with a cup of water, salt, oil, lemon juice and dry onion. Process until a fine paste results. Place the composition in a bowl and mix with the seeds of chia and the raw minced onion. It cools down and stirs once in a while, until chia seeds have hydrated well and the paste has gained a good consistency. Finally, it can be added, preferably, parsley or chopped dill.
