Ingredients:
- 1 Eggplant
- 100 g raw sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 dried red slices
- 1 baked red peppers or 2 tablespoons of pepper paste or 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon dry onion or a sheet of raw onion
- 100 g Raw Apple
- 50 g small chopped olives
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt or regular salt
- 1 small clove of garlic
- A pinch of cumin
- A pinch coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- A few basil leaves
- A powder of cayenne
Method of preparation: Sunflower seeds are hydrated for several hours. Eggplant bake, clean and leave to drain, then chop and mix with chopped olives. The remaining ingredients are put in the robot together with approximately 100 ml of water and mix until a fine cream is shown. Mix the two pasta and it can serve.
