Farfalle Salad with seeds

Ingredients:

  • 30 g Farfalle noodles
  • 50 g dry chickpeas (ca. 100 g soaked/boiled chickpeas)
  • 50-100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4-8 slices Paprika
  • 2-4 slices of red onion
  • steamed Broccoli
  • 1/2 Raw cucumber cut
  • ca. 10 g sunflower seeds
  • ca. 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salad Spices

Preparation:

The chickpeas if dry, must be left overnight (about 12 hours) to soak after which it will be boiled for about 1 hour. The noodles must be cooked according to the manufacturer’s indications.

The chickpeas, noodles, tomatoes cut in 2 or 4, together with the rest of the ingredients should be mixed and… then enjoy your meal!

It can be served with 1 avocado and bread. In short: a delight.
